Our Quality


We believe ‘Quality’ of a top Paintbrush manufacturer in India is determined by the extensive Paintbrush solutions it offers to it’s customers along with the Company’s process as a whole. Quality management, therefore, becomes very intergral aspect of our business.

Following are our ‘Quality Programs’ implemented in our company:


1. Lean Manufacturing


In Simple words, Lean Manufacturing is eliminating the waste in the process of making a product. We have eliminated the following wastes and have reached a point now and still we strive to find and eliminate them continuously. Lean is always a continuous process and we are constantly working towards eliminating waste.

Transport – We have reduced a lot of unwanted internal movement of materials.

Inventory – Keeping of Unnessaery stocks are eliminated.

Motion –The brush makers’ movements reduced drastically with appropriate studies.

Waiting – Lag in processing has been brought down which usually occurs during Product change, arrival of material from Stock room and shift change.

Overproduction – Our demand forecast sharpens our shop floor from excess finished paint brushes.

Over Processing – Auditing conducted within, revealed some unnecessary process and they has been fine-tuned to reduce over processing.

Defects – Our production line is active in finding defective paint brush if any occurs and take them out of the production line before it arrives for Quality Check.


2. 5S


Once a week our Brush Makers meet regularly to identify, analyze and solve work-related problems, during office hours. The groups are led by our Chief Production Manager and present its solutions to the management. On approval, workers implement the solutions themselves in order to improve the performance of the production line and motivate employees.


3. Quality Circle


Once a week our Brush Makers meet regularly to identify, analyze and solve work-related problems, during office hours.
